If you miss an appointment, without canceling 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $15.

This will be due at the beginning of your next session or within 30 days of invoice.

If not paid within 30 days the fee goes up by $5 each monthly period.

When you make a commitment to an appointment you are agreeing to this.
